just caught a tarantula crawling on my neck. it was a baby one, but a hairy black spider nonetheless. should've taken a picture before squishing him!
Note on the last post ... the bird poop in the bottom left corner is a nice creative touch, no? Supposed to be there of course.

well it was .. but i got it before it became huge. Lynn seems to find the enormous ones (in sizes too large to fit in the end of the vaccum hose) so i'm banking on there being nothing to worry about til she gets back.
But on the bright side, it'd be much lonelier down here if there were no wildlife
